Thanks to all the team at Glendale outdoor heating We are so happy with this business from start to finish. The service at point of sale was full of expert advise and clear answers they went over and beyond to explain things and help fulfill our needs and nothing was a problem our questions were all answered so in the end we were making a fully informed choice and we are glad we got our fireplace from them . Ken Jason and Jack on day one of installation were efficient and always left things clean. Ken the builder was fantastic patient and friendly and worked to provide only a product we were really happy with . We feel confident with our purchase from Glendale and feel we were given great value as well. We can highly recommend this company on our experience. H&O Glendale did a fantastic job! We love our new gas fireplace - we were able to use it the last few weeks of winter. There was a small issue which could have been a big problem, but they took care of it right away, no problems.

Went to Heating & Outdoors Glendale to look at their range of BBQ's. Found the staff helpful and importantly knowledgeable! Then went to other suppliers of BBQ's but decided the quality of their products was not of the same standard or the staff less then helpful. Returned to Heating & Outdoors Glendale and purchased a Masport 6 burner 215 series. The BBQ was boxed but because I have a current back disability the staff offered to assemble the BBQ for me and as I live in the next suburb they offered free delivery. On delivery the men setup the BBQ and also moved my old BBQ to the garage for me. Can not recommend Heating & Outdoor Glendale MORE HIGHLY. Great products and fabulous staff.

We called into here as we have been considering the purchase of a Gas Log Fireplace, for our new House Build. Glendale Warehouse initially was another research store for us looking for information and pricing on Fireplaces. We had been to other stores recently, where service was below average. We met Sales Consultant Jess who proved to have a wealth of knowledge on Fireplaces. Jess showed genuine interest in what we were looking for and patiently answered all our questions. She went through the various options available and demonstrated the operation of fireplaces we were considering. We felt no pressure to purchase. We value good service, and a fair price for a quality item, which gave hubby and I the confidence to make the purchase of a 1100mm Real Flame Fireplace. Jess was able to give us the option of flexible delivery and install timed to our building completion. Highly recommend this store and Consultant for excellent product, service and price.

OMG I only dealt with you when things went wrong but you went above and beyond and replaced, and delivered my broken Christmas present on Christmas Eve. So professional and made my day. Thank you. My Mum purchased my Christmas present and said every interaction she had in the shop and on the phone was absolutely amazing. So a big thank you and Merry Christmas.
